LASER XPRESS OF IDAHO warrants its laser printers, fax and copier cartridges to be free of defect in both material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Laser Xpress will, at its option, replace the cartridges or refund the full purchase price of any toner cartridge found to be defective.
Laser Xpress also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use (including operation of printer equipment within specifications) our toner cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible laser printer. If a defect in Laser Xpress' toner cartridges cause a printer to fail, Laser Xpress will repair our customer's printer, free of charge. This warranty is dependant upon the customer providing satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due to a defect in Laser Xpress' toner cartridge.
Laser Xpress' liability hereunder will be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
